NO machines! Damn.
Free weights. Machines don't build strength, free weights does.
Your schedule looks fine and you're really the only one that can decide since you base your training off of your life-schedule.

You should do the base movements(compound movements).
Squats, dead lifts, bench press and pull-ups or chins.

Don't worry too much about looks, you'll get that automatically as long as you train. Worry about your diet instead, but we have a section for that here on Y!A.</description>
