SomeoneOverTheRainbow asked: Just wondering. I am trying to lose weight and when I lose it I would like to start some sort of martial arts. Please list the pros and cons of each 1 please, if you don’t mind. I want to pick the one that will be the most beneficial throughout my life.
Thanks.
I plan on joining the military after high-school and was wondering if martial arts would help at all with that?

First, what is the difference between them all (such as karate, bjj…….). Also, which one do you think is the best, and reccommend i join?
Finally, does anyone know if there are any of these classes in, or near Liverpool
Thx

jaret b asked: I was in Tae Kwon Doe as a child. I want to begin martial arts again, and was wondering which is the best. I want a form that offers technique in a stand up fight as well as a ground fight.
Thanks for the input!

NJ asked: Hello people!
I stopped playing cricket and football a while back due to a dislocated shoulder. But now its fully recovered and i was hoping to take up some kind of martial art. Id like to be able to defend myself if needed as i think it is something that everyone should be able to do! I am medium build, 17 years old, 6 foot. So hopefully ill be physically cable for most stuff. I have NO idea about martial arts, so some advice would be much appreciated! Thanyou!
